Walt received his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University, J.D. from the University of Mississippi, School of Law and an LL.M., Masters of Tax, from Southern Methodist University.
Walt Dallas practiced as an attorney for approximately 30 years in the areas of income tax planning, estate tax planning, business succession planning, trust administration, estates, probate, estate planning, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, asset protection, tax litigation, and related areas.

Philip received his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University and then went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Mississippi College School of Law in 2015.
While there, Philip was an active member of the Moot Court Board, serving as Trial Advocacy Chairman. He is scheduled to complete his LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in February 2021.

Dustin received his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Truett-McConnell College in Georgia, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Mississippi College School of Law in 2015. He is scheduled to complete his LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in February 2021.
Dustin focuses on audit defense and is an active member in the community and in his church.
